At Dresses & Jumpsuits, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
